This is a beautiful 1940s rayon print dress!  Black and off-white Asian print rayon with pagodas and trees.  Simple bodice and straight skirt with a peplum and hip swag drape.  Ruching over the shoulders.  Side metal zipper.

Condition:  Overall very good.  There is a bit of color bleed at the hem (see photo) and a very faint amount of age darkening at the neckline (see photo).  Also, the fabric has worn off the top button, but the button is black, so it isn't terribly noticeable.  Priced accordingly.
